The big transition is over. You’ve taken the plunge with the Autoimmune Protocol and maybe you’re even starting to notice improvements... but now what? You’re not a beginner anymore, but you could still use encouragement as you manage your autoimmune disease.
CAN THE LIVING WELL COLLECTIVE HELP AIP FEEL NATURAL?
There’s so much support for AIP beginners, from books to blogs, programs to products, but what about the progression beyond beginner? This program will take you from slogging through the daily AIP grind, to feeling comfortably in control of your new way of life.
THE LIVING WELL COLLECTIVE
fills the gap between starting AIP and fully integrating it as your health-first lifestyle.
- That first year of managing your autoimmune disease in a new way often includes a need for trusted advisors that can answer your questions and troubleshoot the unexpected obstacles, but you don’t need 24/7 coaching to get you started anymore.
- You could probably use friendly accountability and a more natural structure, but you no longer require daily check-ins and a meticulous program.
- Initially you needed groups focused on the “how-tos,” but now you’re ready to connect with a community ready to ditch the training wheels.
WHAT DOES LIVING WELL WITH AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE LOOK LIKE?

LIVE WELL BY
REFOCUSING
ON THE BIG PICTURE.
Monthly themes explore topics that help you move beyond the initial autoimmune crisis and back to prioritizing a more complete life, rediscovering you outside your illness.

We provide all that and more! Inspiration that applies to real life, topics that feel relevant, and resources that go beyond beginner! All in a setting that’s relaxed, judgement-free, and specifically designed to help you make AIP feel natural.

A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER
Hi! My name is Angie Alt. I’m a Nutritional Therapy Consultant through the Nutritional Therapy Association and Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Six years ago, after over a decade of visiting doctors, cycling through unsuccessful treatments, and becoming progressively more ill, I finally found a protocol that started to heal my multiple autoimmune diseases: the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP).
Discovering it was an incredible breakthrough and the more I healed, the more passionate I became about helping others find and adopt AIP themselves. I applied my training to create a phased transition program to AIP, called SAD to AIP in SIX. In the last 5 years, my team and I have guided thousands of participants into AIP.
But, as we all know, “health” isn’t a destination. Living well with autoimmune disease is a lifelong commitment. I recognized a need in our community for advanced, long-term support. I saw more and more people craving the group camaraderie of SAD to AIP as they progressed from beginner to turning this protocol into a lifestyle.
The Living Well Collective is your chance to connect with folks like you, ready to move past the AIP “how-tos” and tackle the trickier, less-talked-about aspects of managing chronic illness. Group support like this is invaluable to sustaining healing. Let’s do this together!
Wishing you wellness,
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What is the cost of the membership (‘cause I’m watching my pocketbook)?
A: The cost is $37.00 per month or $350.00 per year, including all materials and group coaching. If you're not ready to join now, but want to know about future offers or details, join our email list here: SUBSCRIBE NOW.
Q: What is the refund policy (in case I need to jump ship)?
A: If the client needs to cancel community membership, they can do so at any time by emailing admin@alt‑ternativeautoimmune.com. There are no partial refunds, but their subscription will immediately be canceled and they will not be charged for future months. After 30-days year-long membership will not be refunded.
Q: I think this might be right for me, but I'm not ready to join right now. Can you let me know about future offers or details?
A: Sure! If you're not ready to join now, but want to know about future offers or details, join our email list here: SUBSCRIBE NOW.
Q: What kind of support can I expect from the coaching team (‘cause their help is important to me)?
A: Each member of the coaching team generally spends 1-hour per weekday interacting in the community, answering any questions, and offering support as needed. Typically that works out to a minimum of 15 hours a week of coach access.
Q: Can you help me with my individual health case (‘cause I have a lot of questions)?
A: Group health coaching is different from personal health coaching. We can help troubleshoot challenges and encourage you to ask questions in the group setting as answers may benefit others, but we want to offer the best possible experience to all members, which means we cannot have an exclusively individual focus working to handle your specific case.
Q: Do I have to be available for meetings at regular times (‘cause seriously ain’t nobody got time for that)?
A: We are time crunched ladies too! Who isn’t these days? You are in luck! The Living Well Collective is run at your own pace. You’ll get an email monthly on the first Monday morning (US East Coast Time) of the month and you’ll check-in with the online support group for coaching help or encouragement whenever you have time. There’s a clear rhythm to our process, but you aren’t tied to specific meeting times, webinars, or frustrating, barely-audible conference calls. Perfect!
Q: I live in XYZ far-flung-location-on-the-planet. Can I still get a membership?
A: Do you have electricity and internet access in this location? Yes? You can join! No? You live in Outer Mongolia and have bigger fish to fry.
Q: I have XYZ totally-miserable-thanks-for-nothing autoimmune disease. Is the membership right for me?
A: We have ALL kinds of autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses represented in our program. Angie has three different diseases herself! The beauty of AIP is that this protocol acts a template that can be tweaked for your individual health challenges.
Q: I’m working on AIP, but I haven’t been able to maintain it perfectly yet. Is the membership right for me?
A: Yeppers! We have lots of folks like you who join the community. First, we aren’t about perfection, we teach progress. Second, as long as you’ve moved beyond beginner and you’re ready for a health-first lifestyle, we’re right for you.
Q: I’ve already started AIP (This is hard!). Is the membership right for me?
A: Yeppers! We have lots of folks like you who join the program. As long as you’ve beyond beginner and want extra support or have questions for a health coach or want to fine-tune the dietary approach and lifestyle aspects, we’re right for you.
Q: What is the cost of the membership (‘cause I’m watching my pocketbook)?
A: We really understand this concern! Let’s put it this way... every month you typically have access to a minimum of 60 hours of group coaching support, plus exclusive resources, activities, discounts, and space to solidify your new health-first lifestyle with like-minded people. All for $37. One hour of individual health coaching is normally around $150, but you get 60 hours for a fraction of that price. We are able to offer this incredible price because of the group setting model, which also offers you additional peer support.
